Once fee is received, we will then APPROVE your account and you will be on your way! By SIGNING-UP HERE you acknowledge you agree to all the terms contained herein and are bound by all such terms. You acknowledge you are an independent, self employed person and not an employee of MapleTree Hill. You are responsible for all provincial and federal taxes due and payable on all earnings, prizes and rewards you receive from MapleTree Hill. MapleTree HIll is NOT a party-plan Company. If you so wish to sell our products in this capacity, you are responsible for following the laws for your Province. Becoming a Distributor offers you a means of profiting from your very own website! Distributors generate sales from thier own websites and in return receive a percentage of the value of those sales.

When you join the MapleTree Hill Distributor program, you will be supplied everything you need to start promoting MapleTree Hill, including banners and textual links. When a user clicks on one of your links to MapleTree Hill, their activity will be tracked by our Distributor/affiliate software. You will earn a commission based on your commission type.
